1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the myteam11 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you are entering into a binding agreement with myteam11. These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the myteam11 platform, including but not limited to the casino games lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting events, Mega Wheel, Mahjong Ways, and all payment and account management functions.

Your continued use of the myteam11 platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. myteam11 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account at myteam11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. myteam11 strictly enforces its 18+ policy. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering at myteam11 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (human individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and third-party agents are not permitted to hold myteam11 player accounts.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by myteam11 or by any other licensed gaming operator — that is currently in effect.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or family member of a household of any employee of myteam11 or any of its affiliated game providers, without prior written exemption from myteam11.
• You are accessing the myteam11 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at myteam11. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, related identities, or entirely different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. myteam11 uses CNIC number, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment channel matching to detect duplicate accounts. Detected duplicate accounts will all be closed and any PKR balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and your email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. myteam11 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your myteam11 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. myteam11 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify myteam11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. myteam11 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

myteam11 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) photograph (front and back) and, where required, a recent proof of address document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

myteam11 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following Pakistan-based payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast (State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system), HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and MCB Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) only. No foreign currency transactions are accepted or processed at myteam11.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum PKR deposit at myteam11 is 500 PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Maximum transaction limits may apply per payment method and per account tier. myteam11 reserves the right to modify these limits upon notice to players. Diamond VIP tier members are subject to enhanced limits communicated separately by their account manager.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed in real time and credited to your myteam11 PKR wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. SadaPay, Raast, and bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. myteam11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or the player's bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to verified (KYC-complete) accounts. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts with no outstanding wagering requirements process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one business day. myteam11 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks on large withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present, which may extend processing timelines.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited. myteam11 will return any funds identified as originating from a third-party source and may suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered at myteam11 — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, weekly reload bonus, daily cashback, and VIP programme rewards — are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your myteam11 wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they convert to withdrawable PKR. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the bonus validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

myteam11 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — if we determine that a player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts; placing bets that systematically cover all outcomes to guarantee a wagering-requirement completion regardless of game result; using strategies specifically designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements; and any collusion with other players to exploit bonus mechanics.

5.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The myteam11 welcome bonus is available to newly registered accounts making their first PKR deposit. It is not available to: accounts that have previously held a myteam11 registration; accounts that are found to share a device, IP address, payment method, or CNIC with an existing myteam11 account; or accounts located in any jurisdiction where myteam11 welcome promotions are restricted.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available at myteam11 — including casino table games, slot titles, live dealer games, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting events, Mega Wheel, and sports betting markets — are operated according to their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or game information page.

myteam11 sources its game content exclusively from internationally certified third-party providers. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games operate using independently audited RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge data reflect the independently verified figures for each title. myteam11 has no ability to alter RNG outcomes, RTP configurations, or game result logic in any active game session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game session, myteam11's policy is to void the affected round and return the staked PKR to the player's wallet where technically recoverable. myteam11 is not liable for losses resulting from Internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at myteam11 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account at myteam11, whether under your own identity or any other identity
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the myteam11 platform to process illegally obtained funds
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities — whether intentionally or by continuing to exploit a known bug after discovery
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in the myteam11 sports betting section
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing myteam11 staff or other players in any communication channel
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction with myteam11
• Attempting to access another player's myteam11 account without authorisation
• Using the myteam11 platform while subject to a valid self-exclusion order

myteam11 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of PKR balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8 Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

8.1 Suspension by myteam11

myteam11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — temporarily or permanently — without prior notice if we determine that: these Terms have been breached; the account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; KYC verification cannot be completed to myteam11's satisfaction; or continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to myteam11 or other players.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your myteam11 account at any time by contacting myteam11 support at [email protected]. All outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be settled before account closure is processed. Verified withdrawable PKR balances will be returned to your nominated Pakistan payment channel within the standard withdrawal processing timeline after account closure is confirmed.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by myteam11 — all pending bonus balances, unredeemed promotional credits, and VIP points are immediately forfeited. Real-money PKR balances that are verified and withdrawable will be returned in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the myteam11 platform — including but not limited to the myteam11 name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of myteam11 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the myteam11 platform for personal gaming entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any myteam11 platform content without prior written permission from myteam11.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myteam11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the myteam11 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total PKR amount you have deposited into your myteam11 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

myteam11 is not liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; loss of winnings arising from technical malfunction beyond myteam11's reasonable control; losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials; or losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits myteam11's liability for death or personal injury caused by myteam11's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

myteam11 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and accessible at myteam11.pro/privacy-policy. By registering at myteam11, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your CNIC information, PKR transaction history, and account activity data are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and are never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with myteam11's KYC verification partners, licensed payment processors, and where required by law or regulatory obligation.

12 Responsible Gaming

myteam11 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Pakistani players and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all myteam11 account holders at no cost and without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits directly in your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Limit reductions are immediate; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net PKR loss you are willing to sustain within a defined period. When the limit is reached, betting is automatically paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic pop-up notifications after a set duration of continuous gaming to encourage breaks and awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a temporary voluntary exclusion from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawals but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined period of 6 months or more. During self-exclusion, your myteam11 account is fully blocked — no login, no deposits, no bets. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

myteam11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material corrections, such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the myteam11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your myteam11 account before the effective date of the change by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which myteam11 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the myteam11 platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. myteam11 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the internal process does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the independent dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under myteam11's gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR body will be provided in myteam11's complaint response.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Body: As a final recourse, complaints may be submitted to the regulatory authority that issued myteam11's gaming licence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where immediate action is required to prevent irreparable harm.
